Oracle AR Analyst (Oracle)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; work schedule aligned with Arizona (MST) business hours

What you will do

• Analyze historical accounts receivable data and monitor AR metrics using queries.
• Identify and implement accounts receivable process improvements.
• Coordinate billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX systems and maintain month-end controls.
• Research cash application, billing, lockbox, adjustment, money movement, and refund issues.
• Test database and system application requirements and recommend improvements.
• Support product development and corporate initiatives, create AR training resources, and liaise with third-party vendors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an office environment involving data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting records.
• 5 years of accounts receivable experience and experience with multi-division AR processing.
• Experience working in a large Fortune 500 company.
• Experience with lockbox operations or knowledge of the lockbox process.
• Experience with Oracle Accounting software, InfoPro, TRUX billing systems, and SQL Viewpoint.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States and align with Arizona (MST) business hours.
