Manager, Financial Reporting

Location: US-Remote; must be based in the United States at the time of application

Salary: USD 99,800–155,000 yearly base compensation

What you will do

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Manage consolidated financial statements, IFRS statutory reporting, disclosure documentation, reporting calendars, and quarterly close processes.
• Lead XBRL tagging reviews, filing tie-outs, financial statement analyses, and research into new reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Treasury, international subsidiaries, internal teams, and external auditors to validate financial data and support audits.
• Execute and document SOX internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support technical accounting activities involving new standards, acquisitions and disposals, impairments, debt, derivatives, and pension accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification or active pursuit of professional licensure.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in public accounting and medium to large international organizations; Big Four experience is preferred.
• Experience with statutory reporting, technical accounting, U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
