Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Location: Rochester, Minnesota, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, adjustable based on experience

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, expediting, material deliveries, equipment coordination, and site logistics.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor quality, safety, compliance, productivity, and project progress.
• Prepare project reports, support billing and cost tracking, and resolve risks, issues, and delays.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a commercial construction firm, general contractor, or similar organization.
• Commercial construction experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management, logistics, procurement, and expediting.
• Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, and common construction tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with wall and ceiling construction or related trades.
