Commercial Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

What you will do

• Lead commercial healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, logistics, and monthly owner reports.
• Establish and manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders.
• Maintain safety documentation, quality control, and adherence to project and company standards.
• Lead project meetings and collaborate with the superintendent, site operations team, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise and coach assistant project management, administrative, MEP, and safety support staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and manage resources under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, customer service, and decision-making skills.
