Project Manager (Construction)

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage projects and assignments across client sites, campuses, facilities, and tenant improvement construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, agendas, reports, and design reviews through construction phases.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, construction teams, clients, owners, and property or facility management teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, project costs, and budget impacts.
• Monitor project execution, communicate progress, obtain approvals, and ensure compliance with policies, building codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly related engineering or construction project accountability experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Strong client focus, communication, relationship management, leadership, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
