Supply Chain Analyst (Home Appliance - Direct Ship)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage direct shipment operations, including securing orders through the Reverse PO process, container diversions, return authorizations, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct Reverse PO simulations using customer forecasts and business requirements to develop containerized orders.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders.
• Monitor orders through the end-to-end process to support accurate and timely delivery.
• Prepare reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics to improve visibility and operational performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis, communication, relationship-building, and business skills.
• Ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Korean communication skills.
