Technology Partnership Manager

What you will do

• Execute annual partner plans with technology companies, including ISVs and cloud providers.
• Evaluate partner relationships, engagement effectiveness, ROI, compliance, growth plans, and competency development needs.
• Define onboarding criteria and build productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
• Create joint go-to-market plans, leverage partner funding programs, and use partner market positioning.
• Support business development and client management by turning technology partnerships into revenue-growth channels.
• Monitor partner product and technology roadmaps and communicate updates to portfolio managers and chapter leads.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership management and demonstrated success executing partner or client engagement plans.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to understand and evaluate legal contracts and commercial processes.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
• Ability to structure effective prompts, critically validate AI outputs, understand limitations, and take ownership of final results.
