Senior Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; on-site. Willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Participate in account strategy planning and qualify sales opportunities with the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end presales activities, including discovery, value propositions, RFX responses, contextualized demos, and proofs of value.
• Design secure solution architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud hirify.global implementations.
• Address customer questions about technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Build automation solutions for different industry verticals and support product launches, roadmap feedback, and ecosystem improvements.
• Share knowledge through blogs, events, and evangelism activities.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architect role.
• Strong combination of technical, business, sales, communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies including LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Business Process Orchestration and a solution-selling mindset.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
