Salary: $83,830–$115,287.25 per year

What you will do

• Analyze new business system development and improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Configure, upgrade, and support software environments, including incident response and problem-solving.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate integration across cross-functional teams.
• Document system processes, configurations, and changes.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities and provide end-user support and training.
• Support improvement plans and may supervise or mentor entry-level analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
• Proficiency with software environments and upgrades.
• Certification requirements vary by business system.
• Ability to analyze requirements, collaborate across teams, and solve business system problems.

Nice to have

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, database management, and advanced business analysis tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, cloud computing, and virtualization.
