Sr. JDE ERP Business Analyst

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to optimize enterprise processes and systems.
• Gather requirements, create Business Requirements Documents and functional specifications, and translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Map current-state and future-state processes to identify process improvement and business transformation opportunities.
• Evaluate solution options, business value, ROI, enhancement requests, and project priorities with stakeholders.
• Define test scenarios, maintain project documentation and artifacts, and support testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Analyze data and support production teams with actionable insights and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of JDE ERP modules and key value-stream processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, data analysis, ITIL, and business analysis practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, BRDs or FRDs, process mapping, testing plans, and translating functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship-building, organization, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and the System Development Life Cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, DSI, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Experience with SQL or other relational database tools.
• Experience developing Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and testing plans.
• Experience evaluating ROI, prioritizing initiatives, and supporting project roadmap planning.
