Pre Litigated Team Leader (Insurance Claims)

What you will do

• Lead a pre-litigation recovery team in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
• Develop operational processes with business unit leadership to reduce touch time, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
• Maximize recoveries and report team performance to senior management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage individual and team performance against service-level agreements, KPIs, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality audits, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure employees are competent in their roles.
• Support fair and consistent people management, employee development, motivation, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team in a high-volume, process-driven environment, or experience in recoveries with readiness to take a first management role.
• Ability to deliver results against KPIs, service standards, and SLAs.
• Experience maintaining quality through audits, coaching, feedback, and adherence to standard operating processes.
• Ability to manage performance, capability, and attendance fairly and consistently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Bolton, United Kingdom.
