Salary: $133,533–$213,307 annually

What you will do

• Set the enterprise IT experience and engagement strategy across communications, organizational change, education, adoption, and trust-building.
• Partner with IT executives on messaging, town halls, leader communications, major announcements, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish organizational change management practices covering stakeholder analysis, readiness, adoption, resistance management, reinforcement, and benefits realization.
• Lead employee engagement, end-user education, digital adoption, onboarding, release readiness, knowledge content, and self-service guidance.
• Govern editorial channels and service-quality standards across email, intranet, ServiceNow, collaboration tools, video, and meetings.
• Build scorecards and voice-of-the-customer programs, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive measurable service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, organizational development, business, technology, or a related field.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience, including 15+ years leading people or enterprise programs.
• Experience advising C-suite or executive leaders and leading communications for complex technology or business transformations.
• Expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, adult learning, digital adoption, knowledge management, and service experience.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, facilitation, presentation, governance, measurement, and executive reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, collaboration and intranet platforms, ServiceNow or comparable platforms, analytics and survey tools, and responsible use of AI.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Change management, professional communications, learning and development, or ITIL certification.
