Associate Director, Internal Communications

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Base salary: $147,300–$209,700 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise-wide internal communications strategy and maintain a proactive communications roadmap.
• Develop and execute CEO communications, partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on narratives, agendas, and key messages.
• Plan and deliver quarterly companywide town halls, coordinating speakers, content, logistics, technology, and external vendors.
• Advise teams on change enablement, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communications, training, and sustainment.
• Translate employee engagement, listening, and feedback data into actionable executive insights.
• Build communication toolkits, messaging frameworks, and leader resources while managing risks, reviews, and regulatory or disclosure-related communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide internal communications strategy through execution.
• Experience working with C-suite leaders, including the CEO, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading internal communications in a global organization.
• Strong strategic communication, storytelling, executive presence, stakeholder partnership, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging corporate and frontline manufacturing employees, employee resource groups, and engagement survey initiatives.
• PROSCI certification.
