VP, AI Strategy & Delivery

Location: US Remote; willingness to travel for customer-facing events and meetings, including regular trips to China.

Annual base salary: $250,000–$300,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead AI, machine learning, and Data Science strategy across AI Labs, hirify.global Agent, production ML, recommendations, optimization, forecasting, measurement intelligence, and workflow automation.
• Represent hirify.global’s AI vision in executive briefings, customer advisory boards, strategic sales conversations, industry events, and thought leadership.
• Engage enterprise brands, agencies, retailers, and strategic partners to identify AI priorities, workflow gaps, adoption barriers, and customer outcomes.
• Accelerate hirify.global Agent and agentic AI across customer workflows, internal productivity, decision support, and governed automation.
• Lead AI Labs experimentation, rapidly validating emerging use cases and moving high-value capabilities into production roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to turn AI capabilities into reliable, explainable, scalable product experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, product leadership, enterprise software, ad tech, commerce media, or related fields at a global level.
• Experience leading AI, ML, or Data Science teams in a product-led organization and converting advanced technical capabilities into scalable customer-facing products.
• Experience leading through senior technical and product leaders while coaching and scaling existing teams.
• Strong understanding of applied AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, optimization, forecasting, measurement, or decisioning platforms.
• Strong executive presence, product judgment, communication skills, and ability to explain AI clearly to senior customers and partners.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel regularly to China.
