Senior Manager, Digital Quality (QA)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 remote days per week. Domestic travel up to 15% is required, with occasional international travel.

Salary: $222,500–$232,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop the QA and Release Management vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple software platforms.
• Build and lead a scalable QA Center of Excellence and managed QA services structure.
• Recruit, develop, and manage QA talent and contractors.
• Oversee the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality validation.
• Implement functional, regression, performance, security, scalability, and automated testing practices.
• Plan and coordinate release cycles, establish production release workflows, and report quality and release performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience building and managing a QA Center of Excellence and leading large-scale QA projects.
• Experience building QA teams, recruiting talent, managing contractors, and communicating technical strategy to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of TestComplete, Azure DevOps, Git, DesignWise, Postman, JMeter, Robot Framework, and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, continuous automation, CI/CD, DevOps, enterprise applications, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and Vertex.

Nice to have

• Experience adopting risk-based testing, model-based testing, and other emerging QA methodologies.
• Experience with global QA initiatives and international project coordination.
