Senior Manager, QA Automation Support (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; travel required 00%–25%; relocation is not provided.

Salary: $152,000–$178,300 per year, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day quality engineering support for multiple digital product teams and embed automated quality controls across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, API, integration, performance, and platform-based products.
• Act as the escalation point for test failures, release-quality issues, recurring defects, and production quality incidents.
• Partner with product, engineering, platform, and release management teams to identify risks and implement preventative controls.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for automation coverage, release readiness, defect leakage, test effectiveness, and quality trends.
• Drive automation adoption, continuous testing, reusable assets, and AI-enabled quality engineering practices across delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or test automation, including leadership of QA automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, test management, software development lifecycles, API and integration testing, and end-to-end automation.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, agile product delivery, and modern engineering environments.
• Ability to analyze quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; employment sponsorship, including H-1B and other employment-based nonimmigrant visa sponsorship, is not available.
