Director, QA Automation Support (AI)

Salary: $171,000–$198,000 annual base pay. Annual incentive reference value: 30%.

What you will do

• Define and lead QA automation support strategy across product and engineering portfolios.
• Establish enterprise quality engineering standards, governance models, operating practices, and performance frameworks.
• Drive automation-first testing and integrate quality practices throughout product development and delivery lifecycles.
• Advance AI-enabled quality engineering, intelligent automation, testing platforms, and quality tooling.
• Measure quality performance through enterprise metrics, reporting, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, stakeholder influence, and community leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, and technology delivery.
• Significant experience leading enterprise-scale QA automation programs and quality strategies for complex digital product ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, quality platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and modern engineering methodologies.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, performance management frameworks, and influencing senior technology and business stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
