Patient Recruitment Specialist

What you will do

• Support patient recruitment and retention activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Coordinate the translation, production, and distribution of patient-facing and study materials.
• Prepare and manage country-specific submission packages and recruitment documentation.
• Track study timelines, milestones, deliverables, project reporting, and financial information.
• Maintain accurate study data and documentation in designated systems.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Finance, and external vendors while identifying and escalating risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or project coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and the drug development process is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
