Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing Automation)

Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States of America; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am, Monday–Friday

Salary: $42.00–$45.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium

What you will do

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose robotic arms, CNC equipment, vision systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling for production.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, boilers, compressed air, and other building systems.
• Respond to facilities maintenance requests in office and non-manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation, robotic systems, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and use CMMS systems.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, work in varied environmental conditions and confined spaces, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
