Maintenance Technician (Mechanical and Electrical)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite at a PCA box plant. The production schedule operates across three shifts, with shift placement based on plant needs and seniority.

Salary: $34.00–$38.00 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore safe plant operations.
• Work as part of a maintenance team in a multicraft role.
• Develop additional mechanical and electrical skills through paid training.

Requirements

• Must attend the job fair to be considered.
• At least two years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work one of three production shifts; shift assignment depends on plant needs and seniority.
• Technical education in mechanical or electrical trades is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
