What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop frontend applications with TypeScript and Angular or React, using Node.js where required.
• Design efficient data models and work with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Containerize applications and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with QA, DevOps, Product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with Node.js.
• Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center, Customer Experience, workforce management, routing, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, and real-time workforce management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
