Talent Acquisition Intern (Animation)

Location: Glendale, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-person work Tuesday–Thursday and a minimum of four office days per week beginning January 5, 2026. Must be willing to work in Glendale and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Hourly rate: $18.47.

hirify.global Animation produces animated films and series and offers interns hands-on exposure to TV and feature animation productions.

What you will do

• Support job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, recruitment events, and university visits.
• Facilitate early-career program events, orientations, socials, and final presentations.
• Create newsletters, flyers, handouts, and social media content for hirify.global Careers.
• Communicate interview details to candidates and help provide a positive interview experience.
• Update candidate records, track submissions, and maintain intern, trainee, and artist databases.
• Support recruiting teams at industry hiring events, conferences, and other recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional creative writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Pursuing an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree, or graduated within the past six months.
• At least 18 years of age and willing to work in Glendale, California.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available part-time for 24 hours per week from January 25 through April 1, 2027.
• Occasional local travel may be required for school outreach events and career fairs.

Nice to have

• Interest in human resources or talent acquisition.
• Passion for supporting and developing early-career talent.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Experience with social platform analytics.
