Talent Acquisition Specialist (Salesforce/AWS)

Location: Remote - United States

Annual salary ranges: $59,100–$154,800 USD, depending on location, role, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Build candidate pipelines for niche Salesforce and AWS markets using standard and creative sourcing strategies.
• Recruit and network through social media, professional events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs.
• Maintain job postings, support standardized job description creation, and coordinate follow-up with practice leads and recruiting teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure accurate, timely completion of new-hire paperwork.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience within the Salesforce and/or AWS space.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
• Strong communication skills and confidence communicating by phone.
• Competitive, goal-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with recruited consultants.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting.
