Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM (Fintech)

Location: Remote, associated with Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; recruitment coverage is primarily the U.S. and Canada, with possible support for LATAM and EMEA.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including SDR, Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, and Commercial Enablement positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and networking.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Commercial Enablement, and HR leaders to align hiring with business priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse or Workable and follow internal recruitment processes.
• Provide proactive communication and consistent feedback throughout the candidate journey.
• Improve recruitment effectiveness through process optimization, data-driven insights, and global collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a commercial or GTM-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates across North America.
• Experience recruiting for payments, fintech, or SaaS organizations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse or Workable, and AI-driven sourcing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced global business.
• Written and spoken English is required for collaboration with geographically distributed colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
