Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiting)

What you will do

• Build, track, and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across all skill levels.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed and follow up efficiently to coordinate interviews.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and understand their employment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across hirify.global.
• Explain the interview process and candidate expectations clearly.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiting colleagues while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of professional recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
