Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Denver, United States; on-site

Salary: $135,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers to create demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that show how Legora addresses customer challenges.
• Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions for prospective clients.
• Respond to technical questions, security concerns, RFI/RFP requests, and implementation feasibility discussions.
• Design scalable technical solutions and translate requirements into architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Technical Delivery, and Customer Success throughout the sales and implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, preferably in B2B.
• Experience leading technical delivery discussions and responding to client technical questions.
• Experience presenting technical concepts and demonstrations to technical and business decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, United States.
