Lead Solutions Engineer (Conversational AI)

Location: Remotely in the USA; 20–30% travel to client on-sites, external events, and company gatherings.

Salary range: $219,000–$250,000 USD in on-target earnings, including base salary and performance-based variable compensation, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead the technical stages of enterprise sales campaigns from evaluation through signed deal.
• Build tailored demos and proof-of-value conversational AI experiences across voice and chat.
• Design scalable solution architectures and integrations with customer systems.
• Address enterprise data security, compliance, and technical review requirements.
• Bring customer needs into product roadmap discussions with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes, documentation, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably at a SaaS vendor.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
• Deep experience with contact center technologies, including CCaaS or UCaaS, VoIP, telephony, call flows, voice, and chat design.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology stacks including Azure, AWS, and GCP, with hands-on API integration and maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and design.
• Ability to present credibly to technical and executive audiences.

• Experience with Channel, ISV, or GSI partners.
