Associate Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $105,000–$137,812 base salary annually. On-target earnings including base and commission: $140,000–$183,750.

What you will do

• Present Snowflake technology, vision, and roadmap to technical and executive audiences.
• Support prospects and customers across the sales cycle through tailored demos, proofs of concept, solution design, and implementation.
• Connect technical solutions and architectures to customer business outcomes.
• Build trusted customer relationships and develop technical champions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and technology partners.
• Represent Snowflake at industry and customer events while developing expertise through mentorship and hands-on learning.

Requirements

• Some experience in a technical role such as solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development.
• Experience or interest in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or strong willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused, collaborative approach and eagerness to develop technical and business skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration tools, Git, or CI/CD.
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and related cloud services.
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning workflows, or governance tools.
