Senior HR Business Partner (Technology)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Advise senior management on HR initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
• Align HR policies and programs with business-unit, regional, or divisional priorities.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, benefits, and related HR matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and people data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and communicate findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Irving, Texas, five days per week is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strategic HR knowledge and business acumen.
• Executive relationship-building, consultative communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with people analytics, project and change management, career development, and people leadership.
