Junior Brand Manager (Toys and Collectibles)

Location: South London, UK — office-based

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop annual and multi-year brand plans based on data and market insight.
• Assess product ranges and define UK-focused go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with sales teams on toolkits, channel plans, and retailer-ready presentations.
• Align launches, events, and activation calendars with IP and content teams.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and inventory to support commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate strategy clearly.
• Strong analytical skills across sales data, forecasts, and inventory reports.
• Collaborative approach when working with local and international colleagues.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems effectively.
