Head of Product (Beauty & Personal Care)

Location: Holborn, London, United Kingdom. Full-time hybrid role requiring attendance at the London office 3 days per week, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00.

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, innovation roadmaps and portfolio prioritisation across multiple beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, optimisation, renovation, reformulation and retirement.
• Identify product and category opportunities using consumer insight, market trends, competitive intelligence and commercial analysis.
• Drive innovation across formulations, ingredients, formats, packaging and product experience.
• Own product quality, regulatory compliance, testing, claims substantiation, labelling, documentation and intellectual property.
• Build the Product function, scalable governance processes and strategic supplier and manufacturing partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience leading Product or Product Development in beauty, personal care, consumer goods or adjacent lifestyle categories.
• Demonstrated success developing and launching commercially successful consumer products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of product development, regulatory requirements, supplier management and quality standards.
• Experience building innovation pipelines and managing complex portfolios across multiple brands.
• Experience developing business cases, product costing models, pricing strategies, margin plans and investment recommendations.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
