Global Product Manager – MDP Operations (AI): Enhancing MDP equity, compensation, bonus, and related loan systems within an agile product squad with an accent on requirements discovery, stakeholder alignment, data analysis, and user acceptance testing. Focus on translating business needs into technical criteria, using Excel, SQL, and AI tools securely, and investigating issues to deliver high-quality platform improvements.
Location: Lisbon or London. Regular work from a BCG office or in person with clients is generally expected, typically around 50% of working time.

What you will do
- Support product management for MDP equity transactions, related loans, nominals, and global bonus models.
- Discover requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, refine the backlog, and help the Product Owner prioritize high-value work.
- Translate business requirements into technical criteria, user stories, workflows, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, user feedback, and continuous platform improvements.
- Triage and investigate escalated issues, collaborating with developers and QA to deliver fixes.
- Use data analysis, Excel, SQL, and secure AI tools to improve decision-making, documentation, and product delivery.
Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in business analysis and/or product management, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel proficiency and working knowledge of SQL, including queries and data relationships across tables.
- Experience leading stakeholder meetings and workshops, managing trade-offs, and partnering with developers and QA.
- Experience with geographically distributed teams and Agile product management tools such as Jira Software.
- Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; business, technology, finance, information systems, or a related field is encouraged.

- Interest in technologies supporting evaluation, finance, and HR processes.
