What you will do

• Define and deliver the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for the learner product portfolio.
• Steer product investment and prioritisation across physical, digital and blended learning products.
• Identify opportunities to innovate, scale, simplify or retire products while improving customer, learner and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Learning, Design, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience functions to bring ideas to market.
• Use insight, data and evidence to guide product choices and portfolio direction.
• Coach Product Managers, strengthen product management standards and influence wider organisational strategy.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex product portfolios or multiple interconnected products.
• A track record of creating and executing product strategies linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience making investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing product teams.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Strong technology fluency, evidence-led decision-making and the ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, HR technology, learning technology, professional services, digital products or product transformation.
