Branch Manager (Fintech)

Location: St Helier, Jersey. Daily office/branch attendance is expected, and candidates must have the legal right to work and reside in Jersey.

Salary: From £53,073, with a competitive package available.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing operational performance, risk, and customer service delivery.
• Ability to lead through change and create a positive team culture.
• Legal right to work and reside in Jersey is required.
