Senior Finance Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead revenue planning and quarterly forecasting for hirify.global Direct Network & Operations FP&A, including hirify.global Direct Account, hirify.global Direct Wallet, and CurrencyCloud.
• Build and maintain client-level revenue forecasts using transaction volumes, payment values, foreign exchange volumes, pipeline assumptions, launch timing, and churn.
• Own month-end client revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, reporting accuracy, and data lineage.
• Prepare monthly FP&A reporting, performance commentary, and decision-relevant insights for finance and business stakeholders.
• Partner with regional FP&A, Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Data Insights, and technology teams.
• Use AI to simplify, automate, and scale recurring financial and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Finance-related degree or professional accreditation such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Professional finance experience, preferably in a global publicly listed or government-regulated payments company.
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong interest and experience in AI and agentic solutions.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
