TL;DR
Head of Listed Futures (Futures Brokerage): Building and scaling a futures brokerage service with an accent on exchange selection, clearing models, contract lifecycle controls, and commercial economics. Focus on coordinating Risk, Treasury, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Sales through live platform delivery, managing margin and liquidity exposure, and developing broker and direct-client relationships.
Location: Cyprus, London, Dubai, Bahamas, or Mauritius; remote work from anywhere in the world is available.

What you will do
- Own the futures roadmap, P&L, budget proposal, client segmentation, exchange selection, contract selection, pricing, and market expansion criteria.
- Design introducing, execution, and clearing models with Legal, Risk, and Operations, including account structures, client money treatment, transfers, and broker distribution rights.
- Negotiate clearing, execution, technology, market data, and account fees while evaluating complete broker packages and modular arrangements.
- Define contract eligibility and lifecycle rules covering contract size, tick value, sessions, expiry, settlement, delivery, and mandatory closeout.
- Lead margin, liquidity, collateral, liquidation, concentration, outage, and delivery-risk processes with Risk and Treasury.
- Direct platform, API, back-office, client development, team training, and specialist-service delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
Requirements
- Experience launching or materially scaling a futures brokerage through an FCM or clearing broker, with ownership of implementation and commercial results.
- Deep knowledge of futures clearing, initial and variation margin, intraday liquidity, expiry and delivery, market data agreements, and customer account models.
- Experience negotiating clearing and platform arrangements, including operating responsibilities and commercial limits of white-label and API services.
- Ability to lead Operations, Risk, Treasury, Product, and Engineering through a live launch and explain futures contracts and lifecycle risks to clients and non-specialists.
- Demonstrable leadership, client development, and unit-economics experience, with brokerage delivery responsibility in a trading or relationship-management background.
- Professional English required.
