Head of Options (Fintech): Building and launching a regulated options brokerage business across securities, futures, and crypto options with an accent on product strategy, partner selection, lifecycle controls, and client permissions. Focus on designing execution and clearing workflows, managing options risk and operational obligations, and leading commercial expansion from launch to continuous improvement.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world; offices are available in Cyprus, London, Dubai, the Bahamas, and Mauritius.

What you will do
- Own the options business plan, P&L, budget, launch strategy, client selection, venues, underlyings, and trading strategies.
- Select and negotiate carrying and executing brokers, FCMs, crypto options venues, OTC dealers, market data providers, and technology partners.
- Define options eligibility and lifecycle requirements, including exercise, assignment, expiry, deliverables, adjusted contracts, dividends, and multi-leg orders.
- Partner with Risk on Greeks, volatility, scenario analysis, margin, concentration, early exercise, pin risk, partial assignment, limits, and disclosures.
- Deliver options chains, strategy entry, order routing, reporting, reconciliation, and exception handling with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Lead specialist distribution, client-facing training, the options team, launch execution, client servicing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience leading an options brokerage product or business into live client use, including implementation, partner dependencies, and commercial outcomes.
- Deep expertise in at least one major options market and strong knowledge of options mechanics and risk.
- Practical understanding of listed securities exercise and assignment, options on futures, and crypto settlement differences.
- Experience with carrying or clearing partners, options execution technology, multi-leg workflows, client segmentation, and product approval in a regulated business.
- Experience leading Product, Operations, Risk, and Sales while managing a business plan.
- Professional English communication is required. Proprietary volatility trading experience alone is insufficient without brokerage launch and service ownership.
