Location: Remote - United States; travel required up to 15%
Salary: $72,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Partner with employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Advise managers on performance issues, corrective action plans, involuntary terminations, and employee relations matters.
- Create and facilitate training for managers and employees.
- Support job description development, compensation analysis, promotions, staff changes, and payroll-related HR data processing.
- Assist with EEOC, DOL, OSHA, safety, and other employment-related claims and initiatives.
- Oversee employee headcount and HR support for a population of more than 500 employees.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources management.
- At least 1 year of experience with employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal HR regulations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organization, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely work with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience with compensation analysis and job descriptions.
- Experience with the Oracle HRIS system.
