HR Generalist II (Diagnostics)

Location: Fully remote within the USA; up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

Annual salary: $70,000–$90,000, plus eligible incentive pay.

What you will do

• Drive engagement and retention insights for North America commercial teams.
• Lead stay and exit interview programs and translate findings into actionable countermeasures with HRBPs and leaders.
• Coordinate monthly HR operations, metrics, talent actions, reporting, and operations boards.
• Support onboarding and maintain HR tools and transactions, including Enboarder and Workday.
• Manage the annual HR process calendar, communications plan, training logistics, and monthly micro-learning sessions.
• Coordinate leadership training and strengthen manager and new-hire capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR experience.
• Broad HR experience across employee relations, learning and development, talent management, and recruiting.
• Must work remotely from the USA.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience in a matrixed HR environment with shared services, centers of excellence, and HR Business Partners.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environments.
• Strong conflict resolution and investigation experience.
• Experience using data and dashboards to identify risks and support leadership decisions.
