Store Manager (Antwerp)

What you will do

• Lead sales performance, KPIs, profitability, reporting, and action plans for the first hirify.global store in Belgium.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure high standards of service, organization, visual presentation, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, coach, and retain the retail team while building a culture based on responsibility, agility, and proactivity.
• Deliver personalized customer experiences and use CRM and clienteling tools to build loyalty.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, in-store activations, and omnichannel customer support.
• Share market feedback with headquarters and contribute to retail strategy, social media content, and brand representation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in premium or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership, team development, sales, KPI, customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic ability to turn performance data into business actions.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling strategies.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Hands-on, agile, responsible, collaborative, and passionate about product, people, and retail innovation.
