Engineering solutions and water quality instrumentation support are provided through coordinated sales, technical, project, and customer operations.
What you will do
- Support sales teams and solution champions in qualifying opportunities and clarifying customer requirements.
- Coordinate RFQs, specifications, drawings, application data, and documentation for technical review and quotations.
- Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotation packages, project trackers, approvals, and action items.
- Coordinate sales, engineering, operations, service, logistics, and customer support inputs through handover to order execution.
- Support sales enablement, standard templates, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, commercial, customer support, or project coordination environment.
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, project coordination, order management, customer service, or quotation support.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP systems, or quotation tools is preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Additional European languages.
- Commercial understanding of engineered solutions and customer value creation.
- Basic knowledge of water quality instrumentation, process analyzers, or engineered systems.
- Experience working across countries, functions, and cultures.
