Software Engineering Development Program

Location: Hybrid position based out of the Waltham, Massachusetts office. Target start: July 2027.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 USD annually, with potential additional bonus or on-target commission pay.

What you will do

• Rotate through four engineering teams and gain experience in frontend, backend, DevOps, and related areas.
• Design, build, test, implement, and launch a customer-facing production feature as part of a quarterly capstone project.
• Write production code with guidance from experienced software engineers, mentors, and managers.
• Develop web applications at scale used by hundreds of thousands of customers.
• Participate in technical and soft-skills training throughout the one-year program.
• Work with Java, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline by May or June 2027, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• New to the software engineering field and interested in building a broad technical foundation.
• Interest in web technologies, emerging technologies, and a broad range of engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Waltham office.
