Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Location: United States; U.S. citizenship required. Eligibility for a Public Trust clearance is required.

What you will do

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Build frontend interfaces, REST APIs, backend data access layers, and full stack applications using Java and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure cloud-native applications in AWS using microservices, containers, and DevSecOps practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines covering builds, automated testing, security scanning, and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of engineering standards and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
• At least 3 years of information technology experience focused on application development and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA, frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or jQuery, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, containerized development, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps tooling, and automated testing across multiple layers.
• Knowledge of database schema design, JPA-based data access layers, secure coding, and application security scanning tools.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance are required.

Nice to have

• AWS-native services, microservices architectures, Kafka or asynchronous messaging, and relational database optimization experience.
• Experience deploying to Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift, EKS, or AKS.
• Experience with Selenium, Nightwatch, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, Fortify, SonarQube, ZAP, Twistlock, Anchore, Jira, or Jenkins.
