Senior Technical Solutions Consultant (Mid-Market & Enterprise)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives across mid-market and enterprise sales cycles, shaping deal strategy and securing the technical close.
• Deliver segment-specific demonstrations covering complex requirements, edge cases, bespoke workflows, and enterprise configurations.
• Design and scope API/SFTP integrations across HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, and ADP.
• Configure customized proof-of-concept environments and build technical solutions that address prospect requirements.
• Manage security questionnaires and procurement processes involving GDPR, SOC 2, and personally identifiable information.
• Create micro-demos and enablement assets, while sharing product gaps and integration blockers with Product.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in building products or API integrations.
• Fluency with APIs, SFTP, SSO, data migration, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Ability to understand HR concepts such as calibration, competency matrices, and flight risk, and translate them for IT stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles, adapt during live demonstrations, and work with mid-market and enterprise audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
