Senior Strategic Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote - North America

Annual base salary: $97,777–$128,333, plus an annual target bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute detailed configuration for major functional areas of staffing-industry SaaS implementations.
• Lead business process mapping sessions and configure target-state workflows.
• Deliver operational optimization projects that improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Assess the technical feasibility of configuration requests and coordinate with solution architects and technical specialists.
• Partner with project managers, solution owners, and data engineers to resolve configuration and data transformation challenges.
• Execute change management and user adoption activities while advising key users on platform best practices.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience, including significant exposure to the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience configuring and optimizing complex business processes and ATS/CRM implementation projects.
• Experience consulting with small to mid-sized staffing agencies.
• Ability to lead implementation and configuration of complex business solutions within an established architectural design.
• Knowledge of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, business process optimization, change management, and user adoption.
• Ability to configure and deliver solutions independently using the relevant technical stack.

Nice to have

• Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification.
