What you will do

• Partner with business teams to manage the full recruitment process from initial search through offer and completion.
• Build and use professional networks to identify high-quality candidates for front-office roles.
• Recruit across Quant, Strategist, Risk, and Technology functions, while supporting searches outside Quant.
• Provide search updates, market guidance, and trusted-advisor support to internal stakeholders and search firms.
• Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s business, brand, and values.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services; a combination of in-house and agency experience is preferred.
• Experience recruiting Quant or Strategist professionals.
• Understanding of quant terminology, programming languages, and business fundamentals.
• Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment and support roles beyond Quant.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in international markets such as LatAm or EMEA.
