Technical Analyst (CMDB / ITSM)

Location: Remote work site in Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: USD 39.27–51.04 per hour

What you will do

• Support end-to-end ITSM processes and standards across the service lifecycle.
• Maintain ITSM governance, operational coordination, data quality, and lifecycle activities.
• Drive process maturity through data-driven insights, automation opportunities, and optimized ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze requirements, recommend system changes, write technical specifications, and implement application and system updates.
• Coordinate problem determination and resolution with technical teams, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Participate in planning, design, development, testing, implementation, project tracking, and on-call support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support computing platforms, systems integration, customer needs, and technical project activities.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change, multiple priorities, and different support and project roles.
• Availability for on-call support to maintain system availability and performance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and relevant core discipline.
• Experience mentoring Associate Analysts and other application team members.
