Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Lead consultative sales and business development activities for consumer and business households.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience across in-person and technology-enabled banking channels.
• Attract, onboard, coach, develop, and retain branch team members.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Spanish speaking is preferred; it is not stated as a mandatory requirement.
