What you will do

• Enable Innovative Medicine Quality processes and serve as a strategic partner to Quality Systems and Innovative Medicine Quality leadership.
• Own process decomposition, documentation, training, consistency, and continuous improvement for key end-to-end Quality processes.
• Manage the Quality Systems investment picture in partnership with Strategy & Operations and Finance.
• Lead end-to-end and tiered performance management, including scorecard reviews and connected performance structures.
• Own supply chain resiliency activities, including risk assessments, portfolio transparency, and annual risk review content.
• Develop talent and lead collaboration with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Enterprise, and other partner functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant business experience, including at least 8 years in operational Supply Chain, Quality, or R&D.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or DEX; Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Strong process management, performance analytics, financial acumen, business improvement, and quality systems capabilities.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries, operate in a matrix environment, manage consensus, and build high-performing teams.
