Engineering Program Manager (AI)

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, United States; flexible hybrid work may include onsite and remote work

Salary: $142,400–$213,600 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional quality improvement programs across the product lifecycle, manufacturing operations, supplier networks, and quality management systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and risk management to deliver measurable improvements in quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Lead quality strategy initiatives, including DOTM and manufacturing risk reduction programs across PVH sites and external contract manufacturers.
• Deploy and govern the PVH operating unit’s AI integration program through the external vendor Axion Ray.
• Prepare executive updates, communicate risks and recommendations, and support organizational change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work across research and development, quality, manufacturing engineering, supplier operations, and regulatory affairs.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
